We operate from home, so we list the area rather than the door number. It isn't a shop or a walk-in studio — message us and we'll share the full postal address whenever you genuinely need it, for a return or anything you want on paper.
Returns address
Never post anything back before messaging us first — we'll confirm whether a return is needed and share the full return address (same location as above) when we do. Unannounced returns can't be traced to an order.
What to expect when you write
- First reply within 1 working day on Instagram and email.
- Order questions: have your order reference handy — it's the long code on your confirmation page.
- Damaged parcels: send photos of the piece and the packaging in your first message and we can usually resolve it in one exchange.
- Wholesale, collaborations and press: email is better than DM, and please include what you have in mind.
